Check proxies without the GUI, e.g. on a headless server:
java -jar ProxyChecker.jar --cli -i proxies.txt -t socks5 --threads 200 --timeout 5000 -o results.csv --only-working
Add -v to see each result as it finishes, or press Ctrl+C to stop early (the results so far are still saved). Run java -jar ProxyChecker.jar --help for all options.
With Docker:
docker run --rm -v "$PWD:/data" faiqsohail/proxychecker --cli -i /data/proxies.txt -t socks5 -o /data/results.csv -v
